Hello, im kinda new in this boxing and i just want to know that once i got into the program, what do i need to bring? Also what does happen usually in a day? Schedule. - we supply everything - come down and watch an evening session

i am 34 years old and i used to train in a small town near bonnyville years ago i was wondering if my age would affect me being able to enter into bouts - should be ok - call alberta boxing first - andy

been looking to joing boxing for a awhile now, have looked around a few clubs and heard cougar is the best just wondering when i can come in and check it out and do the trainers take time to focus on each fighter? - come watch - see about us page -
